As the leading education and training organization for residential home performance and energy efficiency retrofit, LIUNA Training brings to the BPI board over 40 years of expertise in skills training and certification, curriculum development, instructor qualification and quality assurance. The Fund also has a strong understand of the overall landscape of the construction industry and the challenges workers and contractors face, this will help LIUNA Training to assist BPI in the mutual goal of raising the bar in home performance contracting.
LIUNA Training and BPI will continue to work together over the next few months to formalize their partnership and to achieve harmonization of certification standards and requirements of energy efficiency professionals.
