This course provides experienced instructors with training and guidance for using different assessment techniques to determine adult learners' previous knowledge, appraise learning, and evaluate learners' competence. Participants will develop and use various evaluation instruments to assess student performance in the classroom as well as during hands-on (skills) assessments.
