This course is designed for the experienced trade instructor. Advanced Instructional Techniques focuses on skills that improve the instructor's ability to lead a learning group. Participants will practice designing and delivering objectives-driven lessons based on LIUNA Training curriculum, making use of examples, checklists, worksheets, questionnaires, guidelines, and assessment instruments. Participants prepare, deliver, and critique class presentations to help develop their knowledge and confidence of instructional techniques.
