Disaster Site Worker
The Disaster Site Worker course prepares laborers to safely and effectively work on disaster sites. It provides participants with an understanding of the Incident Command System (ICS) and how it relates to safe and efficient job performance; addresses the characteristics and hazards of man-made and natural disasters; and affords opportunities to learn and demonstrate different disaster response related skills, including use of personal protective equipment. The LIUNA Training Disaster Site Worker course meets and exceeds the training requirements for the OSHA 7600 course (Disaster Site Worker).
