The Employability Skills course provides insight into the world of construction and the types of skills and personal behavior required to meet the demands of the construction craft laborer's (CCL) job and the expectations of contractors/employers. Through interactive exercises and discussions, participants learn about their own traits and skills, career opportunities, how to be a good CCL, and what they can expect on the job.
